Many walnuts are infested with insects, as can be seen in the picture above. The packet had a lot of white powdery stuff in it. I have had to wash the lot and remove the infested ones. About one fourth had to be thrown away and am using the remaining after carefully examining each.

California almonds are best for regular use. I got this farmly product and I found it really great. Flavour taste was really good, but I think price is bit high compared to other brands. Good experience though.

Almonds quality us poor and mostly almonds with holes. Almonds with holes can be a sign of insect infestation or poor storage conditions. If you're making a brand to deliver good quality then stick to it.
