Product quality is very good hence I ordered this jaggery. But I received only 3packets out of 4 packets , that's really disappointing . When I reached out to Silkrute customer service it was even more pathetic. They said they cannot help on this order at all . Disappointed with Silkrute.

The main product description does not say powder anywhere. Now when I checked, it is mentioned in the product details at the bottom. (1) should mention in the heading itself that its powder and NOT whole jaggery. (2) there is no flavor at all. I had to add 2 tablespoons to get the taste I would normally get from a 1" cube of whole jaggery. (3) the lack of flavour makes if very clear that there are definite additives to make it dry and retain the powder form, so should not be saying "free of chemicals!
