Nowhere in the packet it is written that the Jaggery powder is made up of Ice Apple/Karuppatti. It is only written that the powder is made of Palm Jaggery. Date tree, coconut tree, Ice Apple Tree and also sugar cane plant are all comes under palm. Now we do not know which palm the jaggery powder is made of. I fee you are fooling the consumers by simply writing palm jaggery. Perhaps it simply made of Sugarcane. I contacted the consumer care number given in the packet, but she could not give answer. I followed up for about 15 days, but did not get any reply... I got fed up and left it
