The product heading says it is cane sugar. But nowhere on the packet, it says that it is cane sugar. (you can check the images with the product). The packet clearly says that it is organic sugar and its color comes from molasses. So, it is not cane sugar. It is just plain sugar coated with molasses. When I took it out, I could see white sugar crystals too. So, if you are looking for just organic sugar, you can buy it. If you are looking for cane sugar, it is not for you.

Once kept in plate or mixed in water, the white sugar comes separate. This looks like white sugar mixed with jaggery or some brown substance.
