I wanted to make my own chilli oil after seeing its usage on korean food (specially ramen bowls) or momos or sunny side up, but was feeling lazy to do that, so when i came across this one i thought to try it and it adds a nice flavour to the food. Must try!

To make the chilly oil crispy they have lost the essence of what goes in the making.One whiff of it and I was unimpressed but I thought I’d rather give the flavour a try but it all came crumbling down.Would not recommend the chilly oil, oops sorry, the CRISPY CHILLY OIL

The chilli oil is absolutely delicious. I find the chilli to oil ratio ideal and not overwhelming. The heat adds a very good punch to your dish. My Aglio Oilo Pasta turned out scrumptious.
