I have been using the coconut oil of a popular brand for long but I was under the impression that it wasn't pure as I was experiencing stomach issues post consumption.Post this I was on the lookout for a good and unadulterated brand of coconut oil. I found a coconut oil brand made in South india which was very pure but cost was very high as it was the virgin coconut oil variant. quality of this product is good. but I have recently started buying cold-pressed coconut oil from good local shops that sell items made by small manufacturers - if you are able to find a good maker in your city/neighborhood, then that is half the price and could be superior quality. that it helps small businesses is a incidental good citizenship.
