I've been using Colavita EVOO for over 15 years. I love it's pungent flavour which isn't for everyone. It's great on salads, toasted bread, pasta sauce and cooked psata and the occasional, quick cook dishes like omelettes. Many people may prefer Bertolli over Colavita as it's milder in flavour, but my preference is the other way around.
