100% polished millets. Totally opposite of what they claim. These polished millets are with the same whitish color. Whereas, all these positive unpolished millets should actually have different distinct colours. Top layer of the millets which is the most nutritious portion is not available in the polished millets. Please don’t buy. I consumed these Manna millets a lot, considering good reviews on Amazon, continuously for 6 months but my diabetes became much worse. I have been throughly cheated for so long. Had to suffer a lot. Also Proso is not a positive millet. Instead Brown top millet (positive millet) shall be eaten but as it’s costly, they have conveniently replaced it with Proso. These Manna millets are Big cheats. Amazon should take appropriate action against them.
