It is used by me as a health drink. According to a doctor : soak 3 tea spoons in a glass of water overnight, drain and drink first in the morning. Will help kidneys. Those with diabetes for more than 20 years this will help.But it is unfortunate that Amazon took delivery charge for this. Last time it was delivered free of cost.
