Approximately 20 to 30% ghee is original churned out from Bilona way.Rest of the 70% is palm oil or some vegetables oil.Since I know what is 100% pure ghee, hence it is my guarantee that it's adulterated.But my friend no one can give you 100% genuine ghee @ Rs 1000/- per kg.While making profit for himself, Silkrute commission, Courier Charges & GST in Rs. 1000/- / kg not possible.Still far better than all those ghee available in market in garb of cow ghee be it's Amul, Mother Diary.Ananda ghee is pathetic

Excellent ghee. I am used to Desi Cow Ghee prepared by Bilona method. But they cost from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3500 a litre. I still order it for toppings for my son’s food. But wanted a less expensive good alternative for rest of us and also for cooking purposes. So went for this Buffalo ghee made from Bilona method. It is very good. Since its a buffalo ghee, its white in colour.

I bought this ghee on the recommendation of so called health influencer "@Fit Tuber" on YouTube and feeling cheated. This ghee don't have smell & taste, it really looks like Dalda ghee. Totally wastage of money.NOT RECOMMENDED

There is no doubt that Shahji pure Ghee (Buffalo) is 100% made with Bilona method and one of the finest Buffalo ghee available in market today.The taste, smell and texture of the product is as natural as they claim. The packaging and the content are thoughtfully done to retain the texture and taste of ghee all the way from Delhi to Pune.After trying a several brand finally found a natural ghee. fragrance, texure n taste is certainly different than other. Its a pure ghee. & Packing is good.100% made with bilona method.(Bilona Ghee is prepared by churning the curd of milk, the whole curds is churned with a wooden churner in bilona method and then heating the cream obtained from it.)Product is highly and best quality certified and taste of the delicious pure desi ghee.. I personally advice to have it and try and have amazing experience those who really love to eat pure Desi Buffalo ghee.Thanks to Shahji and Silkrute.

I have never seen such taste and smell less ghee in my life. I dont know if it is really ghee or something else. The main catch is it is not buffalo ghee as described in the description. On the bottle, it is nver mentioned if it is from Buffalo. I bought it only because of buffalo in the description on Silkrute. Dont waste your money.
