Delighted to find this product on Silkrute!.I live in Ahmedabad where this Ghee is made, so we've been buying it directly from the Gaushala, and using it for the last few months. Authentic bilona ghee of extremely pure desi Gir breed, with heart touching standards of cow care (they like to call them "Gaumata"). The seemingly high price comes from the higher cost of Vedic devotional standards of non-exploitative care. The taste, color, and smell often varies, but that is completely natural.Their founder Shri Gopal Sutariya also runs a YouTube channel for educating farmers.If you are looking for a 100% pure & genuine product, then buy this with eyes closed!
