I go on keto frequently. And this aata helped me to satisfy my cravings for Chapati/roti. Once you get used to its taste it can go with any keto gravy. I have tried different keto flours but this is definitely taste better than others. Cons: Only thing we can't prepare any stuff parathas from it. As it's bit difficult to roll it.

I am not on a Keto diet, but wanted a low carb roti option, so decided to try out this flour. I ordered a 1Kg pack. The packaging was good, however I don’t think it was a zip-lock kind of packet. 1kg packet will has 28 scoops of flour if measured with a whey protein scoop. Each scoop will make 2 rotis roughly palm sized. It’s very easy to make dough from this flour, does not need much effort to knead. The dough can also be flattened easily into a roti, I use wheat atta for dusting, as this flour is relatively coarse. Nice product. Depending on the result will decided to buy further.
