Found this product online while searching online for aata for diabetics. As recommended by diabetes specialists, had been making a similar composition of ingredients for a family member who is diabetic, but it was getting too tedious. When I found this product and saw its composition I immediately decided to give it a try as it seemed quite scientifically designed because it matched with the numerous recommendations by specialists that we haad consulted with. wow love it ,When I bought this aata, I feel Its something different than others.As soon as I made rotis from this Aata, it's taste is so good ....This product is really GoodI like this atta as it helps in maintaining weight and sugar.It has high fiber that makes it extra healthy.The taste is nice and the roti made out of the atta is soft...Its tasty and super healthy. the ones who are on diet or diabetic patients. A combination of Jowar,Chana and Red rice ..It must be noted that we need to use warm water to prepare the dough and make roti....... amazing
