Never know if organic is really organic, but this toor dal was fresh and dry and not as dirty as the local stuff. I usually buy lots of this daily stuff from Silkrute because I'm too lazy to look for everything in the heat, etc.Daals are processed foods though, so these days I stick to whole foods, like getting mung instead of mung daal and soaking them overnight, etc.But if you want a good, clean toor daal, you will not be disappointed.Thanks for reading, and please click "Helpful" below... thanks!
