For brands like organic tatva we expect more care and precautions, but instead I got an unpleasant surprise. When I opened the pack I discovered water had entered from somewhere and the moong dal had become hard and fused. I tried calling customer care but to no avail, they wouldn't even refund and replace the item.Finally I had to throw the item for which I had paid a premium for better quality
