This is my very first Silkrute review, and if the product had worked just a bit, I wouldn't be publishing it. This is far from starchy, as I had assumed tapioca flour to be. I'm upset that I purchased this product because it doesn't bind effectively and feels like magic sand.

This is definitely not just amaranth flour. The flour after kneading had elastic nature and chewy while eating and had smell of wheat. Pls mention if you mix with other flours so that we can change our decision to buy this.

Looks like this floor is adulterated. Tried making boba but the tapioca flour when cooked just turned to something cooked with wheat flour. I think this is adulterated with cornflour possibly. Don’t recommend at all. Not chewy AT ALL!!
