Advantages
I’m so glad to discover this gluten free chapati flour for my toddler. This gives super soft chapatis and is absolutely healthier as it is made out of natural grains and is soya free too. The dough is too easy to knead to get perfect chapatis and puris, which remains fresh for quite a long time. I’d definitely recommend this for parents who’re looking for healthy and quality gluten free chapati flour for their kids.

Disadvantages
After reading many glowing reports I decided to order this product and boy, was I disappointed! My first objection _ why do I have to order a minimum of 3 kg? Sell it, like everybody else, in smaller packages too so that I, the consumer, can decide whether to order more or not.Tried making chapattis, rotis, parathas - totally unsuccessful. The end product looked like a weapon of mass destruction!Got other, more experienced hands, to try it out. Same result. Finally decided to make bread. (With 3 kg there was plenty of atta to play around with!) Needed to try out many recipes but finally hit one that used eggs and a combination of baking powder and yeast to get a "rise". The bread is not great but once toasted its more than palatable. And gluten free.Think I'll stick to my Ashirwad gluten free atta.
