It's good .. makes good parathas n rotis .. if u knead the dough well with enough warm water or milk it doesn't break while rolling.Only thing I felt is u can smell tapioca a lot while cooking it .. and u also get a lot of taste of tapioca ... Which I personally didn't like in a roti .. I feel u don't actually need that much tapioca in the flour.. u can knead the dough with hot water without even having tapioca in it ..
