Wonderful for gluten sensitive people. Once the rotis cool down, they feel a bit hard. But when had fresh, they are quite good! Little hard to roll out, but worth the trouble. Able to get thin rotis.

I have been looking for an easy to use gluten free flour for really long as jowar/other similar gluten free flour rotis are not only cumbersome to make but also very chewy in texture. I chanced upon Dr Gluten Platinum chapati flour a few weeks back and just loved using it. Even my 12 year old daughter finds this edible and soft and doesn't mind giving up regular wheat flour rotis as it is more flavorful. They say health is wealth and I'd say it serves the "value for money" criteria as well.

The atta price quit high. The taste is okay. The most important part is you can't make fine chapati with it.bajra,rice roti is best option instead of this
