The quality and consistency of the flour is very good. It makes lovely gluten free chapatis, tandoori rotis and pooris. Haven't tried for other kinds of Indian breads but the 3 I mentioned turn out really well. The taste is good too. Overall a good substitute for regular flour, especially for those with gluten sensitivity, celiac disease and other IBD syndromes.
