This is a real cool product. It mixes well, easy to use and tastes wonderful. The fresh coconuts are too much of hassle. The left over in the Can is invariable goes waste. With powder you just need to open the sachet and use the coconut powder as much as you like and the rest can be sealed and refrigerated for future use. You can use it for making curries, cakes, ice creams etc. I used it for making prawn and it turned out yummy. If you are looking for a no-hassle authentic tasting coconut milk - this should be your choice!!
