Speaking out of first hand experience, because I suck in the kitchen, yet I could serve these to the entire family! Enjoyed my moment of fluffing my collar up with pride ! Haha!One pack of 500 gms. easily makes around 20 small/medium or around 12-15 large pan cakes: breakfast for the whole family and more. Value for money, I’d say for sure!Finally, the all important health perspective: it needs minimal oil, just a brushing of it to help with the clinging or sticking to the pan. We like to make pancakes using the Betty Crocker mix. My kid and husband loveee pancakes! It being unhealthy can't offer them very often so I keep it to the weekends. I add sugar to the mix and use milk to make the batter. I serve with butter/Nutella/chocolate syrup/maple syrup. It's yummy but definitely not healthy.
