I am sure People who have written raving reviews about this product don’t know what pancakes are supposed to be like. The biggest problem is with the texture, it’s chewy and rubbery. It’s not supposed to be like that no matter what you use, milk/water. Fairly disappointing! And the pancakes don’t come out to be golden as they should, it either burns if you overcook or remain chalk white with charring here and there. Very bad!!

Very easy to make once you get the hang of the ratio of liquid:mix. Tastes best when made with milk. Tastes bland and is flatter when made with water. Make a thick but flowing batter for soft, fluffy pancakes. Use a nonstick frying pan and nonstick broad spatula to make a clean flip. Takes only 20 seconds to cook a pancake, no oil or butter needed. Cook on medium heat to avoid over-browning. Best pancake mix by far!
