It might be higher costing at front, but the cost/gram is less. Not as good as Hershey's or Cadbury's cocoa powder. The packaging can be better, as the vacuum sealing clip isn't strong and not comfortable to close in one go.

i recognize that the product has great reviews and this what helped me finalize this product for purchase, i'm not sure why the product i received was totally awful. the product arrived in poor packaging and it had a few holes when it reached us. although i received a replacement quickly when i raised a complaint. I have used the product to bake brownies, choco lava cake and gnache for biscuit cake. The mix prior to baking was a lot darker than it should have been and so was the cake. In all three instances the taste was way too strong and left an after taste of something burnt. Felt like we were consuming carbon. I tried the same recipe with regular cadbury unsweetened(not dutch process) and it came out just fine.

Even though it is mentioned in the ingredients that it contains only cocoa solids it surely does contain some artificial/natural vanilla flavouring. The smell and taste are not that of 100% pure cocoa powder. Could mention the same instead of giving false info.Taste and smells just like drinking chocolate minus the sugar. I liked it a lot. Gave one star less only because of not mentioning all the ingredients. Otherwise it is awesome! :)
