Am a frequent user of Urban Platter's regular cocoa powder which has great aroma, but ok/mild taste. Thought the "Special Dark" cocoa, would have a richer, stronger taste which the "dutch process" usually lends to cocoa.However I guess their cocoa doesn't lend itself well to dutching. The aroma is gone and taste is even worse, very bland taste, with a synthetic after taste. For dark cocoa I'd prefer weikfield cocoa powder to this one.
