If you want to make such an unnaturally black chocolate cake that you find in some Indian bakeries, then this is for you. But if you want natural cocoa taste and color, then this product is your worst choice. Why is this so black? Check out the Q&A section and you'll see that they don't have the answer. I'm not going to eat this black thing. It was a waste of money.
