I got the melted form of the chips. It’s just like a chocolate spread for me and I see no chips. The taste is good but it isn’t in a Choco chips form.

The product when opened had chocolate chips which were sticking to each other. The cold gel packs were warn. It seems that the product withstood bad storage.There was a white coating on the dark chocolate chips.Cheaper versions are available online, I regret wasting my money on Urban Platter chips.

After seeing many reviews, i didn't think mine would reach in perfect condition. But it did. It was packed super well. They do taste good. But i personally like less sweeter choco chips more. But its ok. And also made choco chip pancakes. Came out yum.
