The product ingredients are all healthy. It has a good mix of:healthy grains (rolled oats and brown rice flakes),"seeds (Quinoa, watermelon, flax and chia),"nuts (almonds and walnuts) anddried fruits (cranberries and amla)It has good taste. My 2 year old daughter also likes it. I have tried their Dark Chocolate Cranberry variant also. That is also very tasty and healthy.It has an excellent combination of healthy ingredients with good taste.I eat it directly for breakfast and evening snack without adding milk or fruit or anything elseOn having a detailed look at the list of ingredients, most of them are healthy. I am not sure if the Rice Bran Oil that they are using is refined or cold pressed. If they are using refined oil, then I would like to request them to replace it with cold pressed oil. I will also request them to replace honey and jaggery with other some other natural sweetner like stevia or fruit syrup or something else.So my overall rating is 4. One star less for the oil (they should specify whether it is refined or cold pressed) and the sweetners

I've been eating 21g protein muesli from so many years. But the Last order I recieved was different in ingredients, quality, taste, texture and had horrendous smell. It was so horrible I feel like puking. Very disappointed. If they don't switch back to their old recipe it's going to be very bad and disappointing.I won't ever buy this crap...it stinks.
