I did not like the taste as it has too much dark chocolate and tastes like bournvita. Taste of Museli doesn't come only. I feel like I am eating bournvita with museli and cranberry thrown into it.

I think it's a good source of protein for people who are on the weight loss program. Not suitable for heavyweight lifters or folks on muscle building program.It cannot give you the same result compared to diary products and meat.I will take away 2 star for bad misleading marketing. Saying it has 21 grams of protein per serve when added with milk, is laughable and pathetic. They should only market the amount of protein their consumers get from the package/ per service.Apart from the bad marketing - I do enjoy the flavour and quality of the product.Would love to see product with 0 sugar & 13-15 grams of protein per serve.

I've been using this since 3 years continuously. Since recent few deliveries, what I've observed that content is not so fresh and crunchy as it used to be earlier and also item received today is 2 months old manufactured.------------Further Updates:Now sending wrong items and old items have become more frequent. Out of my last 3 orders, only 1 was delivered correctly. On top of that, we have pass through their associates to get refund. As this is non returnable item we have to spend more time and money to get the similar item again.

I have ordered this for the first time...i have being using monsoon harvest...just to have a change i changed it...the taste was the WORST..felt like vomiting after having the first spoon...the seeds in them are rancid giving a bad taste...very few almonds and no cranberries as mentioned..never buy this..u will definitely regret it...
