the packet was defective when i received it . i wouldve let it slide if that was the only problem but when i opened the package insects were started to come out , as if that wasnt enough it even have worms . its disgusting . though i filed for refund i feel like i should let people know about it . never goin to buy another true elements product in my life

I was happy to see that the oats were hard, yellow tan instead of white, and all the grain intact. They are less processed and take a full twenty minute simmer to soften the grains. They are perfect breakfast with a generous dab of ghee and a little salt. FYI- many of the nutrients in oats are oil soluble only.

They are good quality and competitively priced. Takes longer to cool than quick oats (which it is supposed to) but these are way more healthier. I cooked them with apples and cinnamon over the stove top and it takes about 15 minutes (with milk or water). Or if you are short of time, you could soak them in milk or water overnight and just add some nuts and flavor in the morning to have a nutritious breakfast bowl on the go! I have tried a lot of different brands and this surely is one among the good ones. I would recommend this product.

Eating oats is not something i enjoy but still doing it for staying healthy. Once i started to use it, i didn"t use any other product. The taste is good, can be made with only water and salt. I am alergatic to milk. But any other product does not taste good without milk, but this one does. Hence i will continue to use this untill i find any better alternative
