I'm writing this after finishing the entire bucket. The reason I've listed this as a scam is because It's 17 grams protein after adding 250ml skimmed milk to 50 grams of oats.50 grams of plain oats is 5.5 grams of protein and 250 ml skimmed milk is about 9 grams of protein which in total makes 14.5 to 15 grams of protein. So the reason this is a scam is because they've added at most 2 grams of extra protein per serving of oats and labelled it high protein. You can literally get that much protein fron a single egg and buy normal oats and take them with skimmed milk for much cheaper. The only reason that you can probably purchase this product is for it's taste which is not that great either.
