Contains milk chocolate so having this regularly might not be advisable unless someone has a very physically active lifestyle. Reducing one star because given 20g protein per bar, it doesn't feel as filling as Ritebite Max Protein bars which are at almost similar price.

Taste is genuinely good like other Qnt proteins. Keeps u full for really long. I recommend if u open one packet, finish it completely else it won't remain crisp for long specially in monsoons. Otherwise the best in the segment!!

Although they are high in calories, and not efficient, they taste great.... the best protein bar I've ever had. I've tried over 20 brands: from yogabar to phab to some imported bars as well. This is by far the best Pro tip: Find someone to share the bar with, it makes the cals drop to 167,.while still giving you 10 gms of protein
