This cooling travel wallet for single pen is too small. Once you soak it in cold water, it swells up so much that there is no space to put one flex pen inside.And if you forcibly push it inside, then taking it out for injection is impossible. If you soak it less, then it does not remain cool for 48 hours as they claim. I had to put it in reverse with lid inside so that I was able to pull out pen with lid remaining inside. But then while putting it inside, it does not remain sterile as pen touches anywhere inside the wallet.
