First of all they did not have any seal or packaging except for the standard amazing packaging. I would not have been that disappointed even after that if everything else was good but noo. I could see liquid trapped within the lid and when I opened it, i realised the lid was loose and half of the product was wasted just like that!! That is not the end of it. I tried the product and it was so very baad. Good lord! My makeup became more runny. This felt more like makeup remover. I have no idea if the product itself is bad or they are duping us but the moral the story is - buy this from some other platform please! Don't repeat my mistake.
