This is my worst purchase. So someone else used the serum and finished it. I received empty bottle.Then I sought customer service help to refund. Then she said that cash is created in 5 working day. This is the 10th day and don't received my money.

This serum is definitely one of the best products I have purchased from The Moms co. (not very impressed with their protein shampoo).I've been using this serum for over a year now and it has never irritated my skin (which is combination type, prone to occasional breakouts and dryness).I do not have issues with fine lines so cannot comment on that regard, but it certainly suits my skin which is need of an ultra light product which is hydrating and soothing at the same time.What I like most about the product is that it glides on and spreads Very easily and smoothly (reminds me of snail mucin), leaving a very light film behind which is not suffocating but hydrating, probably why I have never used more than 2-3 drops for my face as less product is required to cover the entire face.Although individuals with dry skin may have to top it up with a heavier moisturiser or facial oil suited for their skin as it is not of a rich texture, hence not moisturising enough.Personally, I like to apply it on damp skin after cleansing and layering it underneath a regular moisturiser then dabbing a few drops of Evening Primrose oil on top to seal in the hydration, and it works like a charm for me.As far as the ingredients are concerned, I am very impressed with the ingredient list, for a person like me who is very strict and picky when it comes to assessing the ingredients on their safety and purpose , it's a very huge point.I love that all the ingredients are pretty straightforward and directed to help with soothing and retaining the skin barrier. (a quick search on the Internet will help provide a deeper insight on the function of all the ingredients)Additionally, there's no fragrance added, which I always steer clear of, although it does contain Orange essential oil, but I could hardly detect its presence as it's not very pronounced and doesn't irritate my nose or skin.I must say it will not transform the skin dramatically, but the changes are subtle, and I like it more as a Maintenance product for my skin rather than expecting it to tackle any issue (such as occasional acne marks), and it has definitely helped me keep it in a healthy state.Overall, it has a good texture and spreadability (emulsion form), offers lightweight hydration, is safe, soothing and non irritating. Hence, works great as a maintenance product for me.Note: This is a non-sponsored product review, the views expressed are solely derived from my personal experience with the product.UPDATE : So I happened to run out of this serum and decided to continue with a very basic skincare routine without it for a while, just to find that most of my whiteheads (which had always been residing in small numbers on my face, mostly around the eyes and on the cheeks) had disappeared!Although it wasn't a very huge concern for me, but for years I thought it was something normal, while it wasn't! And since nothing else had changed in my routine, unfortunately, I'll have to credit it to this serum. It was an unexpected discovery indeed. I truly wanted to continue using it for the soothing effects.Hence I'll be taking no chances now and will switch to more targeted serums from wonderful Indian brands and a basic moisturiser.As for Moms co., I'll stick with their keratin range which I'm still a fan of. But as far as skin care is concerned, I feel like it's high time I explored other options.

I was looking for a moderately priced Vitamin C serum. I wanted something that was affordable and at the same time deliver results. There are so many Indian companies selling serums but I couldn't really trust their claims. When I found this one, I immediately went to their site to learn about their company. Upon learning that their's is an Australian based company making products that are toxin free, I wanted to give it a try and got my first bottle. I was having issues with post acne pigmentation. I used this serum on a clean face, day and night and it really helped the marks to fade. I was also using a depigmentation cream from Ducray but I felt that the serum really leveraged the repair process by big time. I am very grateful for this product. This is a genuine product.

I have tried a couple of skin moisturizers off late, but this one very light, silk and feel like dew on my skin. My skin looks plump and radiate a healthy glow after 2 days of its use.Definitely a thumbs up from my end!!!

I have read a lot about vitamin c serums and used a couple of them including the high ends as well but this is as good as a vitamin c serum of a very high range. My skin became more plump and fine lines started reducing to some extent. I am using it for past 4 weeks and i can see visible difference in my skin.

I bought the serum to use it for derma rolling. This serum is thick and does not spread evenly. It's also difficult to get the right amount of serum from the bottle using the dropper that comes along with it. I guess the bottle is not designed well. I will check-out other brands before re-ordering this one!
