This period panty is so comfortable and easy to use. I didn't use it in heavy flow though as it is my first time..hope it will work on those heavy days also.Only the issue is size,it runs too large.. I have ordered XL for my 40inch hip,still it is little loose..so, please buy 5inch smaller than your actual hip size
